Is there a warranty?

Aē! Your sign comes with a 12 month warranty. 

How long will my sign last?

Your sign will last for 50,000 hours.

How much is shipping?

Shipping for orders over $500 is FREE.

Auckland $10 Flat Fee | Nth Island $15 Flat Fee | Sth Island $25 Flat Fee 

How do I display my sign?

Each sign comes with pre-drilled holes to enable easy mounting. Included with your sign is a mounting kit that has screws or wires. 3M velcro strips are perfect if you're renting and cannot put holes in the wall. As is resting your sign against the wall, on a table or on a shelf. 

Are they safe?

Aē they are, in more ways than one! LED neon are much safer than the traditional glass neon as they are stronger and lighter. They are also have lower energy consumption.

Will my sign look exactly like they appear on the website?

No! They actually look better. Neon signs are hard to capture true images, so you will find the colours are more vivid and brighter in real life. 

When can I expect my order?

In stock items will be shipped within 2 working days from Auckland, and you will receive them within a week.

Custom and standard pre-orders take 10-15 working days, including production and shipping.  All orders come through New Zealand Customs and if the parcel is held for clearance, delivery may be delayed by 1-2 days. We will keep you updated if this happens.

Can I choose my own colours?

Aē, however this will extend delivery time by 5 working days.

What if I change my mind? Can I get a refund?

No, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind.

What happens if my light isn't working or is damaged?

Contact us at kiaora@nativeneon.co.nz with the details. We will arrange the sign to be returned to us. Should your sign need to be repaired or a replaced, this will take 14 days.
